Taekwondo at Roman Martial Arts

Taekwondo has been an essential part of my life for the past 7 years, and it has taught me a skills and knowledge that will last for a lifetime. Taekwondo is unique because it not only keeps you physical fit, but also emphasize on the importance of character. The competition aspect of taekwondo revolves around sparing and poomsae. Sparing, is a point-based competition where two individuals aim to get points by hitting both the body and the head. Taekwondo Poomsae or forms are several sets of movements in a series. For me in particular, countless hours every week are dedicated to practicing both, and after years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, I have become a third-degree black belt. I also had the privilege to serve as an Assistant Instructor for the Little Dragons Program for 4 years. There, I taught the fundamentalof Taekwondo skill and character
